OC Hotel

Designed in 2015, this large-scale coastal development was designed to enhance recreational and tourism incentives along the town’s coastal strip, integrating 17,960 m² of new construction. The project serves as a key urban axis, connecting six hotels and three shopping centers through a complementary pedestrian boulevard network that improves accessibility and urban flow.

From its initial conceptualization, the project aimed to redefine hotel design, positioning itself as an opportunity to rethink the relationship between tourism, urban planning, and commercial infrastructure. As part of a broader urban strategy, this development strengthens connectivity between hospitality, leisure, and retail, contributing to the town’s long-term economic and cultural growth.
